Hi, I'm Martin
AI Engineer
Building reliable backend systems, automated workflows, and AI-powered applications—with a focus on software that is useful, secure, and built to last.
About Me
Backend engineering, automation, and AI — with a test-first mindset.
My Journey
I'm an AI engineer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with over four years of experience across backend development and automation engineering.
At FIS, I build ETL pipelines that connect financial systems, from requirements and field mapping through deployment. Before that, I led QA automation across three projects at The Home Depot.
Outside that work, I build AI applications like Aerle and MAP, and study Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at UADE. I like turning complex workflows into software people can rely on.

Backend Developer
FIS · Remote from Argentina
Built 5+ production integrations across REST, SFTP, and polling sources. Owned the full delivery cycle, from requirements and field mapping to deployment.
Replaced manual spreadsheet reconciliation with automated transformation and validation pipelines across 5+ client integrations.

Automation Engineer
The Home Depot · Remote from Argentina
Led QA automation in three projects, with test strategies based on Selenium, Cucumber, and JavaScript.
Built reusable frameworks that reduced regression cycle time by more than 40%.
Featured Projects
A selection of my work in AI applications and full-stack development.
Aerle An AI-native second brain
A place for your thoughts, with semantic search, voice notes, and AI agents that help connect the dots.

Workbench From furniture ideas to buildable plans
Turn a furniture idea into an editable 3D model, dimensioned plans, and a cut list. AI creates the specification; validated measurements drive the output.

Hackathons
Projects built for hackathons and builder challenges.
OMA Peer-to-peer companions
Aleph Hackathon 2026A peer-to-peer companion prototype for small devices. ESP32-S3 devices connect through Bluetooth and Pear gateways, without a central application server.
